Before contacting us regarding a question please check we haven't answered your question below.

I didn't receive my activation email.

Check your junk/spam folder, your email software may have placed it there.

My activation email is not in my inbox or junk/spam folder.

Contact us using the form on the right and request activation.

My username and password isn't working.

Please check that 'caps lock' isn't on. Please check that you are using spaces if they are in username

Please ensure you have COOKIES enabled on you computer (see below).

Still not working, go to the Forgot my password page

Keep getting logged out ? You should enable cookies on your PC ..

Internet Explorer Users: Activate cookies
Click on Tools and select Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab. Either: move the slider to Medium High, Medium, Low or Accept all cookies, or
click on the Advanced button, select Override automatic cookie handling, then select Always allow session cookies. Click OK. Quit/exit Internet Explorer after you change settings and then re-start the application.

Mozilla Firefox users: Activate cookies
Click on Tools and select Options. Click on the Privacy tab. Under Cookies, ensure that Accept cookies from site is ticked. Click OK. Quit/exit Mozilla Firefox after you change settings and then re-start the application.
